Our Satisfied Clients Say It Best

"I highly recommend Ziegler Construction. I searched for years to find a contractor to fix the pocket doors in my 110+ year old house and just could not find someone I was comfortable with until I met Brian. Within minutes Brian had diagnosed the problem and explained it to me in a clear, concise fashion. He then laid out the potential solutions from least to most complicated and provided a price range for the fix. Brian and his right hand man, Shane, did the work personally. The solution worked just as Brian predicted. Brian was fair and generous with his pricing and the job stayed within budget even though there was a hiccup right at the finish line. I also applaud Brian and Shane's cleanliness and attention to detail. I appreciated the clear communication and frequent updates I received during the work. All in all this was a fabulous experience, I'm already dreaming of the next project and I know exactly which company I will hire. Ziegler Construction for the WIN!"

"Excellent. Fabulous. He did our kitchen, all custom, and it's just fabulous. We were so thrilled with his work we didn't even bother to get other quotes when we needed an addition to the house. We just wouldn't have anyone else work in our home. Most people wouldn't even do half the work: he is so meticulous he wrote four pages of specs just on exactly how to paint the trim work. I'd give him an A++."

"Brian is a distinctive contractor / artisan / craftsman. He brings expertise, highly-resolved organization and a strong sense of ethics to the job, personal as well as construction. Everyone who works with Brian shares the same sense of detail: he never cuts corners. If the client needs refinement, resolve and quality and someone who has the foresight to deal with expectations and potential problems, Brian is the perfect choice."

Steven Goldner, Starbuck/Goldner Tile, Bethlehem, PA

"My utility/laundry room was a complete and total disaster. There were leaks, the walls were destroyed from mold, there was a MASSIVE hole in the floor where the house trap was located. There was a huge hole in the wall and copper pipes everywhere. The room was absolutely terrible. My wife refused to even walk into the room.

I had multiple contractors come and give me estimates, but Mr. Ziegler was the ONLY contractor that had a vision of what the room could look like and the confidence that he and his crew could make it happen. The crew was there every morning ON TIME or even early. I never had to call and ask where everyone was. They were so very professional and for the first time since I purchased the property, I was able to sleep knowing this disaster of a room would be fixed.

Carpentry, plumbing, electric, painting, acid washing the floor, building a door for the house trap, putting PEX plumbing in, they did a complete gut renovation of the utility room. Life has gotten so much better. My wife is no longer “totally creeped out" walking into the utility room!

Mr. Ziegler told me to trust him and his crew and i'm glad I did. They were absolute professionals that not only fixed the utility room, but they also put a new front door on the 1st floor apartment because the entire frame was molded and rotten. I am a brand new landlord and I was completely overwhelmed with the scale and scope of what needed to be done; I really had to trust Mr. Ziegler. He and his crew did not let me down."

"This spring I was referred to Brian Ziegler to complete a remodeling project at our home. It involved removing the existing rear porch, opening a previously sealed basement entrance and extending a new 8 foot deck with two stairway entrances to the deck. The project required intense planning and constant adjustments as work progressed. Brian always kept me informed on the progress, changes required and accepted my input about what I thought would work. Brian and his assistants were always thoughtful and courteous about our space and needs. We would hire Brian for any other projects that may arise."

"What is unique about Brian is the visionary touch and top quality of his work. Apart from his ability to integrate the various components into a functioning unity, Brian does not procrastinate. His word means that he and his crew will be on the job on the date promised. Once the work is finished, and before he sends the bill, Brian asks if the client is content with the work done."

N. Bakabkins, Bethlehem, PA

"Brian has done remodeling work, built a huge deck with custom seating, closets, a computer area and other improvements. He's really a master craftsman whose standards are even higher than mine. He built a 30-footlong closet in a room that was knotty pine and he exactly matched the old wood with clear coat so you couldn't tell the closet was new. Superb. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone."

J. Kospiah, Naples, FL

"My home is more than my house, it's my legacy ... my father built my house. He was a machinist at Bethlehem Steel and very meticulous in everything he did, never taking a short cut or using lesser quality to cut corners. He would say "you only get what you pay for."

With that in mind, when planning to renovate my 1950's kitchen, I would only trust a contractor with the same qualities and work ethic. After speaking with Brian Ziegler of Ziegler Construction, I was sold on his enthusiasm and passion as he explained exactly what he planned in my renovation. The finished product was more than I could have hoped for. I love my kitchen and everyone who comes to my home admires Brian's work. I would recommend Ziegler Construction anytime."

S. Copek, Bethlehem, PA

"Not only fantastic work but the most fastidious person I've ever worked with. He will strive for perfection in every way, shape and form, and give you exactly what you envisioned. As an insurance agent, I've been in thousands of homes, and I have never seen work that compares with Brian's. Absolutely no compromise ... a master craftsman."

J. Krisko, Schnecksville, PA

"Brian Ziegler ... has been a great asset to me in my house fix-up and renovation work since last summer. He not only does superior work but he is also creative, easy to communicate with, accommodating, professional and pleasant to work with. A Lehigh Valley Treasure!"

A. Cohen, Bethlehem, PA

"Brian's attention to detail and his passion for doing the highest quality work made all the difference in a project in our home. His company came through for us after a previous contractor's work left our home with structural problems. All facets of the job were completely explained to us and we felt at ease knowing our home was in the hands of Brian and his crew."
